Regaal Premier League

Regaal Premiere League is our annual sports event that takes place in HO and factory where more than a dozen teams compete in a cricket tournament to win exciting prizes, stay fit and increase team bonding.

Regaal Family Day

Regaal Family Day is our annual picnic which is organized during the winters where we invite all team members to bring their family out for a day of fun, games and laughter.

Regaal Leadership Retreat

Regaal Leadership Retreat is our annual offsite where the management team takes their entire leadership team of over 50 members to a naturesque location for a weekend filled with team bonding activities, reflections for the year gone by and visioning for the year ahead.

Quarterly Townhalls

The company organizes a quarterly town hall where members of the management give an update of the company’s performance for the quarter gone by and the plan for the quarter ahead. This is also a forum where members are encouraged to ask questions and give suggestions/feedback on how the company can be improved.

Annual Health Checkup

The company prioritizes employees health and organizes a health check for all its employees in the factory and head office annually free of cost.

National Safety Week Celebration – 4th to 10th March

The company takes the safety of its employees as its topmost priority. The company celebrates National Safety Week during which it organizes a weeklong set of programs including workshops, interactive quizzes, awareness sessions, etc to promote the importance of a safe work environment. This event also sees active participation from company management.

International Women’s Day Celebration – 8th March

The company strives to create an equitable workforce and encourages the active enrollment, participation and leadership development of women in the company. To further this the company organizes a motivational session with women from different walks of life to inspire our team and honors the female workforce in the company.

World Environment Day Celebration – 5th June

The company organizes a tree plantation, awareness session and celebration every year during World Environment Day to promote the importance of sustainability which is a core value system for the company.

Major Festival Celebration

The company celebrates all major festivals to bring members closer and create a fun work environment. This includes food and lottery bonanza during Diwali, secret santa celebration during Christmas, rangoli competition and thandai party during Holi.

CSR visits

The company takes its CSR consciously and organizes biannual visits to NGOs they support for employees interested in volunteering. We see that this not only makes employees aware of the impact they create but also motivates them to do more, grow and be better.

Investment in learning and development

The company actively invests in employees learning and development. This is done by organizing knowledge talks with external parties, leadership building workshops and individualized plans occasionally.

Monthly birthday celebrations

The company organizes a monthly celebration for its employees to increase bonding and the feeling of belonginess in the company.
